Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: It takes minutes to process your credit card. If it is approved, your order will be sent to production. It normally takes 4-5 business days.
Q: How long does it take for shipping?
A: Due to the nature of this product, it cannot be shipped via air shipment. It will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. It takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel your order by calling us at 1-888-876-8758. Once your order is processed or is in production, your order cannot be cancelled. We will charge restocking fee for cancelled orders that were processed or in production.

Q: Can my order be expedited?
A: All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Should you need to expedite your order, you can call us at 1-888-876-8758 and we will try to work something out for you.
Q: Will I receive another invoice?
A: You can download your invoice once you login under the invoice section.
Q: Why hasn't my credit card been billed yet?
A: We will not charge your card unless we can verify your transaction. Normally it will take 10 minutes to 24 hours. However, this process will not delay your order.
