All the signs on our website are offered with free standard 5-7 days FedEx Ground delivery for contiguous states only. We do not ship Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. Some of the signs can be shipped via air shipments for an additional fee. Due to some oversized signs, fee may vary. Please contact our sales department to find out service rates.
Typically, all orders will be shipped within 4 to 7 business days. In some cases, items may . We do not make any signs until you order. This ensures all signs are made brand new and there is no damage during storage.
Indirect signature is required for all shipments. All shipment is insurance against shipping damage and lost. All claims must be reported immediately. Any shipment that is damaged during shipment must be reported to LEDNeonSignStore.com within 24 hours
Shipping charge base on size order, ALL Neon Signs and beyond products, but is limited to the Contiguous US (Lower 48) States only. Additionally, UPS applies a surcharge for Rural Route deliveries and you will receive an email for approval of the assessed surcharge before your order is processed.
